Our new service is preventative maintenance. The idea being that we fix it before it breaks.

A tiny piece of software is installed on your computer that "checks in" with us each day and gives an assessment of how your machine is performing.

We monitor

- Backups

- Anti-Virus

- Hardware health

- Windows Updates

- Other software updates

- system capacity

We bundle an hour of labour with this service to resolve issues that are detected and for December only, we are offering free Anti-Virus.
