It also monitors your software, and allows TechMan to control how and when updates are rolled out to your machine for both the Operating System and your installed software. It monitors your anti-virus and ensures it is keeping itself up to date. It can also monitor backups ensuring they are actually working.

Bloodhound also allows for a simple method of remote support. At your request we can remotely connect to your computer to answer any "what does this message mean" or "how can I do..." questions.
