Windows 10 catch-up

Windows 10 is the new Operating System from Microsoft . Their previous offering was Windows 8 which was poorly received by PC and laptop users - it was considered confusing, messy and difficult to use. In response to this, Microsoft spent several years and billions of dollars improving and updating their flagship system to enhance the experience and make it friendlier for users. The result is Windows 10.

110 million people upgraded to Windows 10 in the first 9 weeks of release. They were able to take advantage of the new system features such as the return of the coveted Start button, OneDrive for online storage and backup, performance and speed increases for even the older equipment and best of all, they were able to get this upgrade free of charge. Microsoft will continue to provide the Windows 10 upgrade for free until July 28th 2016.
